I was recently asked to capture some photos for a children’s book. I needed a group of cute kiddos for the shoot so of course I thought of Jeff and Shauna‘s clan! They’re such a great family and we had such a fun time taking the pictures (as always). Can’t wait to see the finished product! 🙂

Punta Mita, Mexico

I had the amazing opportunity to spend a week at the Four Seasons in Punta Mita, Mexico, with my fiancé and his awesome family. Obviously I took tons of pictures as travel photography is my fave! Oscar Turned 2!

We celebrated Oscar’s birthday a couple of Saturdays ago complete with pizza, cake, and a light-up gun that he ran around shooting everyone with. Cassie’s Baby Shower/Super Bowl Sunday

This is a bit belated but I had a wonderful family weekend a few weeks ago celebrating Cassie’s baby shower as well as Super Bowl Sunday! It’s always wonderful when the family gets together- especially if I get to take a lot of pictures. 🙂

Tim and Sally’s Winter Wedding

Tim and Sally’s wedding right after Christmas was so beautiful and so full of love! It was wonderful to see two families coming together for this couple who reconnected after being friends many years ago.

Steph’s Photo Shoot

When someone tells me they want to take some pictures and we both get to spend time brainstorming and really using our imagination, amazing things happen! I was so happy with this shoot of Steph. She was so easy-going and fun to work with, and didn’t even mind that it was a chilly and windy! I really loved what we came up with.

I had a great time meeting Draetyn and shooting his senior portraits last weekend! It was also a good opportunity to explore some of St. Joseph’s best places to use as backgrounds. We’ve got so many!

The Royals World Series Parade

I was very fortunate to be one of the 800,000 people who gathered in downtown Kansas City on November 3rd for the Royals World Series parade. It was an amazing experience- so much love for our team and our city! Since it was hard to get around and hard to see, this is just a glimpse into the small area where I was.

Bishop Family Reunion

It’s always an awesome day when a family gathers together to celebrate their grandparents’ 60th anniversary. They were such a nice, fun group and it’s clear how much love they share.
